Plants need nutrients, but you cannot always find the time to give your terrace and balcony plants their weekly dose. The solution is Pokon’s Fertilizer Cones. These ‘smart’ fertilizer cones slowly release nutrients to your plants under the influence of temperature and moisture. Your plants will get exactly the nutrients they need, just when they need them! You can use the chart below to determine how many fertilizer cones you need to use to provide your terrace and balcony plants with six months of nutrients.

Instructions
For best results, feed your terrace & balcony plants 2 times a year, do this in spring and autumn or when planting or potting your plants.

1. Push the right amount of fertilizer cones evenly into the pot;
2. Give water to activate the cones immediately.

Dosage
The correct dosage depends on the diameter of the pot. In the overview below you can see how many cones you need to use.

• Pot diameter:
  • 15 CM: 1 cone;
  • 20 CM: 2 cones;
  • 25 CM: 4 cones;
  • 35 CM and more: 8 cones;

Pokon Terrace & Balcony Plants Fertilizer Cones are fast-acting fertilizers with a NPK of 10-11-18 + 2MgO + Micronutrients.
